Who We Are
PSL is a Sarawak-based Bumiputera company established in 2018 and headquartered in Kuching. Our business is built around three complementary areas: Construction, Oil & Gas, and Trading & Supply.
Our experience includes civil works, piling, infrastructure, telecommunications and power-related projects. In the oil & gas and industrial sectors, we provide technical and project support for HVAC-R, fire protection, crane-related services and specialist equipment.
Through our trading and supply business, we source and supply industrial, hydraulic, fire protection, safety and technical products from established manufacturers, suppliers and specialist partners. Our strength comes from bringing these capabilities together and matching the right people, products and technical support to each project requirement.

How We Operate
We take a practical and coordinated approach to project delivery. We begin by understanding the scope, site conditions, technical requirements and programme. We then identify the resources, equipment, materials and specialist support needed to execute the work. Depending on the project, we coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers and specialist technical personnel.

Our Assets
People, Equipment and Technical Support
Good project delivery requires more than manpower. We draw on experienced personnel, site equipment, technical specialists and established partners to support project requirements.
Our equipment resources include hydraulic excavators, backhoes, wheel loaders, tipper trucks, piling equipment, testing equipment and tower erection equipment.
Our technical personnel and specialist partners can assist with machinery, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting, maintenance and equipment reconditioning. Depending on the requirement, support can be provided for industrial, marine, shipping and offshore applications.
